1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 76ji, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 76ji.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or continue using the platform. Continued use of 76ji after any revision to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To use 76ji, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Account Rules

Each person is entitled to register and operate only one 76ji account. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, or devices are used — is a violation of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password or OTP codes with anyone. 76ji will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Account information must be accurate and up to date. Providing false details, including name, date of birth, or contact information, is grounds for account closure.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 76ji account to another person.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 76ji support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 76ji are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods are those listed in the cashier section of your account, which may include Philippine bank transfers and accepted local e-wallets.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful payment confirmation. Processing times depend on the payment method used.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of each transaction.
• Funds in your 76ji account may only be used for betting and gaming on the platform — they may not be transferred to other accounts.

5. Gameplay and Betting

All bets placed on 76ji — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, slots, fish games, or any other category — are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been accepted by the system.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or platform disruption during a game or bet, 76ji will resolve the outcome based on the most recent confirmed game state recorded on the server. Where this is not determinable, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

• Results displayed on the platform are final. In case of a discrepancy, the server record takes precedence over any display shown on your device.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided in cases of event cancellation, postponement, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• 76ji reserves the right to void any bet placed under circumstances that constitute a clear error in odds or game outcome.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

76ji may offer bonuses, cashback, and other promotional rewards to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of issue.

• Bonuses are credited at 76ji's discretion and may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real money funds may be treated separately within your account balance depending on the specific promotion.
• Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• 76ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before claiming it.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 76ji and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Money laundering — using the platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds from illegal activity.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• System exploitation — deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform software for financial gain.
• Chargebacks — initiating payment reversals on deposits after the funds have been used on the platform.

76ji monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will result in the immediate suspension of the account pending investigation.

8. Privacy and Data
